Miguel AlfaroPeople, business and new possibilities.
My work brings together coaching, business advising and digital marketing. Over the years, I have worked with professionals and small-business owners to organize ideas, identify priorities and take practical steps.
I enjoy connecting the human side of change with practical tools. Sometimes that means talking through an important decision. Other times it means reviewing a website, exploring an AI tool or simplifying a business plan.
My academic background includes Philosophy, along with training in coaching, marketing and digital analysis. That combination shapes how I listen and ask questions, but the starting point is always the person in front of me.
How I work
No one-size-fits-all answers or unnecessary jargon.
Listen before advising
Understanding your situation matters more than starting with a tool.
Ask useful questions
Good questions help clarify what really matters.
Turn ideas into steps
I prefer small, sustainable actions over big promises.
An approach connecting reflection and action
Philosophy taught me to examine questions and assumptions; working with businesses and digital tools adds a practical perspective.
Understand your situation
Both matter in a conversation: understanding what you want to change and recognizing what you can do with your available time and resources.
Choose the approach
The starting point may be a professional situation, a business decision or a personal goal. From there, we can identify whether coaching, advising or training is appropriate.
Agree on expectations
Making that distinction helps establish clear expectations and review progress honestly.
