LIFE COACHING

Let’s start with what matters now.

A CLOSER LOOK

What you can expect

Life coaching for goals and transitions

Sometimes you know you want a change but cannot yet name it. At other times you have a clear goal and want to understand why you are not moving forward. Life coaching offers a conversation about what you value, the options you see and the step you are willing to take.

From a broad concern to a concrete question

We can begin with a career transition, personal project or decision about how you use your time. A question such as “What do I want to change?” becomes more useful when connected to situations from your week. The process allows you to examine your own and others’ expectations without imposing an answer.

Small actions with personal meaning

Not every change needs an ambitious first goal. You might set aside time to reflect, request information or have a postponed conversation. We choose actions you can observe and revisit. The value lies in learning from what happens and adjusting your direction, rather than completing a list to satisfy someone else.

Scope of the support

Coaching is a process of reflection and action, not a mental health diagnosis or treatment service. When your needs call for clinical care or other specialized support, the appropriate professional is the right resource. Working arrangements are clarified before sessions begin.
